The presentation format (oral or poster) will be announced on June 30 by E-mail. The decision will be based on the content and quality of the full paper, and will be determined by the organizing committee.
The Early Bird Registration is available until July 15. We particularly encourage all speakers to complete their registration by this date. Please note that the final deadline for speakers' registration is August 8. If registration is not completed by this deadline, the presentation will be withdrawn.
<Oral presentation>
・Each presentation will be allocated 15 minutes, followed by a 4-minute discussion period.
・The format of the presentation slides is flexible. However, we strongly recommend using a 16:9 screen ratio.
・Please find attached a sample PowerPoint presentation. You may freely use any of the materials included in it.

<Poster presentation>
・The poster session will be held on September 24(14:30-18:00). In addition to the poster display, a one-minute "shotgun session" will be conducted for each presenter on the time slot.
・Please note that the format of your presentation—whether oral or poster—will have no impact on recommendations for submission to academic journals such as Wear.
・To recognize outstanding contributions, several poster presentations will
be selected for awards, which will be announced during the Closing Ceremony
on September 25. We hope this will encourage active participation in the
poster session.
