Technical Visits — Friday, September 26
Technical visits are scheduled for the morning of Friday, September 26.
Please note that most visits will conclude between 12:00 and 12:30, and participants are advised to assume that they will return to central Tokyo (Tokyo Station area) by approximately 14:00.Participants are kindly requested not to bring large luggage on the technical visits. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly.
Participants may choose one of the four technical visit options listed below.

The application for technical visits is now open. Participants who have completed their CM2025 registration are invited to submit their preferred technical visit via the Forms link below.
Technical Visit Selection Form
The first application deadline is August 22 (JST 23:59).Applications will still be accepted after this deadline; however, some
technical visits may close in sequence as they reach capacity.
Important:We regret to inform you that due to high demand, the Technical
Visits have already reached full capacity. Therefore, the registration
was closed as of August 22.For those who have already registered, details regarding your assigned
Technical Visit will be communicated to you by email. We kindly ask for
your patience until then.
As a token of our appreciation, all participants will receive admission
tickets for The Railway Museum (JR East), which will be distributed at
the Registration desk.
Selection Process
Due to the large number of participants, we regret that we may not be able to accommodate all individual preferences. Some visits may reach capacity, and participation cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
The selection of participants for each technical visit will be entrusted to the Organizing Committee. Please note that certain priorities—such as giving preference to presenters—may be taken into consideration.
Until the first deadline of August 22(JST 23:59), it will not be on a first-come, first-served basis.So we encourage you to take your time when considering your preferred visit.As available slots are limited, we kindly ask that you choose your preferred visit carefully to avoid cancellations or changes later on.
